Greetings! My name Abri and I am the founder of Love and Wisdom by Abri.
My passion for supporting women and girls along their life journey began in 2016 when I embarked on my own personal journey of self-discovery.
This intentional journey gifted me lessons on the importance of mental, spiritual, and emotional well-being. The wisdom I acquired through life's ebbs and flows empowered me to become an entrepreneur and visonairy to support others through high-quality natural products and services.
I am a holistic health mentor offering advice on vegan and plant-based lifestyles. I am a community leader dedicated to designing and leading programs to inspire youth. I am a certified Labor and Postpartum Doula. I promote holistic healing and spiritual alignment through the use of plant medicine. I am your life cheerleader and advocate!
